So we can keep growing and we can bring our work to even more organizations, we are looking for a Growth Manager who aligns with our vision and can lead our revenue generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a track record and passion for developing and implementing successful revenue-generating strategies in both sales and marketing. This person should be ambitious, and driven to reach benchmarks while working in an ambiguous space with little direction from management. We want you tell us what to do!
The mission of this position is to create your own direction and build sales and marketing strategies, while supporting the needs of new clients. The role will be loosely supervised, but the Growth Manager will be expected to report on benchmarks monthly to the Director of Business. This position will require the individual to have a deep understanding of the company's financial and sales goals while building out the customer journey and life cycle. This includes spearheading business development activities, effectively working with new and existing clients, expanding and optimizing our marketing efforts, and anything else you think would help us grow.
